So, dass bin ich. Fischer. Marcus Fischer. (English Version: scroll down)
Seit dem letzten Jahrtausend beschäftige ich mich mit Recruiting, Employer Branding, Personalentwicklung, allen dazugehörigen IT-Systemen und dem Web. Und noch mit vielen Dingen mehr.
Nach Stationen in München und Ingolstadt lebe ich mittlerweile in Basel und arbeit zusammen mit meinem Team daran die besten talente für das Institut Straumann zu gewinnen. Geboren wurde ich in Kassel, im schönen Nordhessen.
Um auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben, bin ich viel unterwegs. On- und offline. Und weil ich da einiges spannend finde, teile ich das hin und wieder hier. Mal in Deutsch mal in English. Mal HR-Zeug, mal was Anderes. Mal mehr, mal weniger. Mal besser, mal schlechter.
Mit dem, was hier gepostet wird, möchte ich niemand beleidigen, schädigen oder sonst in irgendeinerweise negativ beeinflussen.

Since the late 90’s of the last century I work in the field of talent acquisition and employer branding. But not enough with it I added several years working with Personnel development systems and HR-IT Systems.
Born and raised in Kassel, Nordhessen in the middle of re-united Germany I spent some time in Munich, Boston and Ingolstadt. Today I live in Basel, a nice Swiss City where three countries meet: Switzerland, Germany and France. Together with my great team I am busy to find the best talent for Institut Straumann.
To be updated about the newest Trends and Topics in my profession I am always “on the road” - on- and offline. And because of the fact that I find sometimes really exciting stuff I’ll share it with you here. German stuff, English stuff, other stuff. Sometimes HR stuff, sometimes wisdom for life, sometimes pretty crazy stuff. More or less.
